Undelivered payments?

There may be delays in delivery for certain reasons. Please click "Menu" - "News" - "Mail" in-game an hour after making the payment to see if the items have been delivered.

If you have not received the items in your in-game mail either, please send us a copy of the receipt (contains the transaction number). The receipt is emailed to the account used for the purchase once the transaction is completed.

How to get your receipt?

If you're a Google Play user:

  1. Visit pay.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
  2. Tap Activity on the left menu.
  3. To get your receipt, select an order.
  4. Please take a screenshot of the receipt and send it to us.

If you're an iOS user:

  1. Open APP Store.
  2. Tap your profile name, then tap Media & Purchases (Sign in if prompted)
  3. Tap your name again.
  4. Tap Purchase History, and it appears
  5. Find the order you want to tap it. Receipt appears. Please take a screenshot of the receipt (transaction number must be included) and send it to us for verification.

Notes: Unfortunately, we won't be able to solve your issue without a screenshot of your purchase showing the transaction number. Please make sure to include it when contacting support.
